Services of Day Of Wedding Coordination

1. ME

I am the point of contact all day for your vendors, family members (per your direction) and any other questions that will come up on the wedding day. This will ensure you have the best day ever.

2. Timeline

I will manage the timeline with all vendor teams. We will be sure I make contact with all of them at least 1 week before the wedding being sure all is set and ready to go. Leaving you to enjoy your week before the wedding pampering! This includes: Caterer's, DJ, Videographer, Florist, Photographer

3. Rehearsal

Manage the ceremony rehearsal with the officiant the day before so that every member of the party knows me as contact for the day and where to be and when.

4. Location Location Location

I arrive as early as needed at the location you are getting ready with everything you will ever need. 

My responsibility is to the timeline early in the day making sure of the following:

  • Hair and make-up is on time, I will even coordinate with the artists ahead of time to make sure we are on as scheduled.
  • Be sure all wedding party and family members are on time, in the vicinity and not running away to party. I am all about the party but we stay as on task as possible until the reception.
  • I will have an emergency kit on site. This is for first aid and also bridal necessities that may be needed.
  • Assist with wardrobes. Especially all things for the bride and groom.
  • Pin boutonnieres, bouquets are ready to go and with bridal party along with corsages/boutonnieres for mothers, fathers, and close family members.
  • Get payments for vendors ahead of time as requested and handle this for you.
  • Assist with photo requests you REALLY WANT and be sure they happen.
  • When we get started I will be sure the bride/groom look perfect and ready to walk the aisle! 

5. Ceremony 

This is why we are all here today and my position is to secure all goes as planned.

  • Confirming marriage license and it gets to officiant and also signatures post ceremony.
  • Making sure rings are with whom needs to have them. (will have subs if something happens)
  • Cueing music for ceremony, officiant and groom to enter, along with family.
  • Ceremony schedule cueing, I will be sure all wedding party is lined up, behaving and not walking too fast down the aisle.
  • Make sure all details of the ceremony we go over happen just the way we plan.
  • Assisting with family seating as needed along with aisle runner quirks. This happens.

6. Wrangle

Being that I will know the most important people from the rehearsal, part of my position is to wrangle everyone the day of the wedding so you will not have to. This is most handy for photos, ceremony, and beginning of reception. I also assist in timelining of toasts/speeches and special dances.

7. Lifesaver

I do know CPR, but that will not be needed (hopefully).  But what will be needed is if and only if things go sideways I will be able to problem solve for you and be able to do so HOPEFULLY without you even noticing.  This may include but not limited to: Stopping party crashers or people whom are crashing into things. Someone pissing you off and they need to be let down nicely but firmly. Catering, bakery, flower issues of any kind, I will do my best to pivot for you. I will also communicate for you to individuals as you request. I am basically your bodyguard. Nothing but good things are happening for you today. 

8. Assist you with anything else that we plan ahead of time together. We can work out the details when we set a plan.
